Game Day Eats

It’s almost the BIG game day. Of course, living in Massachusetts you would think I’m a Pats fan. Sadly, no. We are Giants fans, I know ::gasp!!:: Being brutally honest, I’d rather not watch football. I think being in the High School band and having to play at literally every home game ruined it for me. But, I learned more about football watching the Giants because my husband is a fan, so I consider myself a fan. But, I do love the commercials and the half time show, especially this year! My parents used to host a party which was always great. Now that they’ve moved on from that, I’m still inspired to cook a lot of easy to eat food and make the experience as party like…..for the 3 of us…. as possible! Plus, who can party when your bed time is basically the same as your toddler. But anyway, this year I’m planning to make some jalapeno popper dip (recipe coming soon because I would be cruel not to share it), boneless wings, potato skins, blood orange mojitos (recipe also coming soon – honestly I thought I had posted this because it is my ALL TIME FAV – but apparently I have not!). For the something sweet, I’m planning to make a cake for a future blog post, so I think we’ll just be eating that. But, if you need some inspiration, I’ve got some fantastic recipes for you below. I added a game day category too, so if there is something not here, you can check that out too.
